Project Details

Beaver Creek Bridge was built in 1932 and was the first bridge to receive a polyester concrete overlay in 1983. This overlay was removed and replaced in 2019 to accommodate a bridge widening and no significant defects of the overlay were noted at the time of removal. If the new overlay performs as well as the first, this will be the first 100-year bridge deck aided by a PPC overlay.
